    Additional benefits given to employees to encourage family bonding
    Prudential offers 6 days of PruCare leave exclusively for employees who need to care for their immediate family members in an event when they fall sick. We also encourage family bonding with our "Eat with Your Family Day" where employees are granted time off from work to spend quality time with their loved ones. To promote family fun, we provide free passes to the Singapore Zoological Gardens and the Jurong Bird Park throughout the year.

    Engagement activities throughout the year
    Every year, Prudential organises a variety of engagement activities for the staff to promote team spirit and unity. Past activities include Movie Day, Walk & Run, as well as Breakfast with the Senior Management Team.

    Engagement surveys to gather feedback from all employees
    The management is constantly gathering feedback from its employees in various ways. The engagement survey was recently completed to provide an insight on employee sentiments about the company and other employment-related issues.

    Recognise outstanding employees through awards and special development programmes
    Awards like PruExcellence Award, Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year are given out every year to deserving employees. Employees who have exhibited consistent outstanding performances are eligible for the Talent Programme.
