        Reporting Supervisor: Chief Marketing Officer

        Key Responsibilities:

        This role has the overall responsibility to develop and implement holistic PACS customer strategy, experience and loyalty roadmap for all segments, touch points and channels.

        • Define the customer experience and gap analysis by segment using customer journey mapping techniques;
        • Develop and implement a holistic measurement system incorporating VOE, VOC, VOD;
        • Utilising the existing customer segmentation by lifestyle needs and current holdings, develop a customer needs based cross-sell strategy by segment and work with channel marketing to implement initiatives to achieve:
          • Leads pilot
          • TCM pilot
          • Framework rules and system to provide next best action to salesforce and manage marketing x-sell campaigns
        • Develop a customer acquisition strategy, including product roadmap and x-sell strategy by channel working with Channel Marketing, Product Marketing AD & PD.
        • Address protection gap by identifying customers and segments with ‘gaps’ and work with product/channel marketing to execute initiatives to close the gap.
        • Co-ordinate roadmap to sustainably grow the Prushield portfolio in conjunction with product marketing, channel marketing, and actuarial & claims.

        Pre-requisites:

        • Degree in Business/Marketing preferred
        • At least 15 years of broad marketing experience.
        • The ideal candidate must have experience in:
          • Customer experience delivery and journey mapping
          • Broad marketing strategy development and implementation experience (preferably in insurance or financial services)
        • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
        • Good communication and interpersonal skills
        • Able to handle pressure and tight deadline

      1. Case Manager, Associate/Executive

        Reporting Supervisor: Manager

        Location: Prudential Tower

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Case management of applications from assigned segments, not limited to regular premium applications
        • Screening of application to ensure completeness and provide initial assessment on application; escalate whenever necessary
        • Handle underwriting response to and from PD sales partners and New Business team; Ensure accurate and timely reports to the internal and external stakeholders to support pipeline management 
        • Identify gaps in processes through feedback and review, and implement new procedures to improve workflow whenever necessary 
        • Assist colleagues and team from time to time whenever necessary 
        • Ensuring documents received are commented in LifeAsia and forwarded to the Life Operations team promptly 
        • Follow up closely with underwriters and PD sales partners on applications, documenting updates on Case Tracker, if any. 
        • Maintain agreed service standards and turnaround time for email and telephone enquiries from the PD sales partners and customers 
        • Other administrative duties and tasks delegated by PD Sales Operations Management

        Pre-requisite: 

        • Diploma Holder in any discipline 
        • Minimum 1-2 years sales support or similar experience in the life insurance industry 
        • Proficiency in MS Office

      2. Channel Sales Manager

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Manage a team of Financial Services Consultants (FSC) to achieve sales and profit goals through SCB branches
        • Involve in the Recruitment of FSC
        • Coach and monitor FSC’s performance
        • Review and sign off cases submitted by FSC
        • Communicate and guide FSC on new products and regulations
        • Follow up activity on new business cases and sales opportunities

        Pre-requisite:

        • Diploma / Degree with at least 5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
        • Professional certification; CMFAS M5, M8, M9 and Health Insurance
        • Prior experience in handling Banca / FA / IFA distribution channels would be highly advantageous

      4. HNW Case Manager, Associate Manager

        Key Responsibilities:

        The role exists to support the UOB HNW segments from pre to post sales enquiries and turning around applications in the shortest time. The incumbent will work closely with reporting manager and UOB BDMs to ensure service quality to UOB sales partners is met and internal processes streamlined.

        • Case management on applications from High Net Worth (HNW) and business banking segments, not limited to HNW applications
        • Perform outbound calls to customers as part of customer delight. 
        • Lead and increase the capabilities of junior team member(s) in HNW case management
        • Follow up closely with underwriters and PD sales partners on HNW applications, documenting on Case Tracker.
        • Ensure accurate and timely reports to the internal and external stakeholders to support pipeline management 
        • Identify gaps in processes through feedback & review, and implement new procedures to improve workflow whenever necessary
        • Assist colleagues and team from time to time whenever necessary
        • Resolve all queries and manage requests from the bank, liaising with internal and external stakeholders whilst meeting service level agreements and turnaround standards
