        Reporting Supervisor : Manager, Academy of Competence & Education

        Location : Prudential @ Scotts

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Provide support the training operations team in the management of pre and post training logistics and administration.
        • Provide timely and accurate reports for exams tracking, as well as management & regulatory requirements
        • Review and support system enhancements to Training Management System for Compliance reporting

        Pre-Requisite:

        • Diploma holder
        • At least 3 years of relevant experience
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
        • Candidates with prior experience in training administration, management reporting and/or customer service within insurance industry will have an added advantage

         

    2. Agency Distribution
      1. Executive, Agency Distribution (1-year Contract)

        Reporting Supervisor: Senior Manager, Agency Distribution

        Location: Prudential @ Scotts

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Provide support to the agency recruitment team.
        • Manage financing schemes
        • Manage agency recruitment administration and administration
        • Tracking of recruitment budget and providing monthly report updates
        • Manage monthly newsletters (rotational basis)

        Pre-Requisites:

        • Diploma holder
        • Candidates with experience in agency distribution and/or organizing events will have an added advantage
        • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
        • Positive working attitude

         

      2. Executive, Agency Distribution (1-year Contract)

        Reporting Supervisor: Senior Manager, Agency Distribution

        Location: Prudential @ Scotts

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Handle the administration of new Financial Consultant (FC) appointment, termination and agency movements
        • Process roadshow applications, interim cash receipt booklets, orphan policy assignment, proxy requests
        • Prepare letters using mail merge
        • Prepare simple operations reports, such as transaction statistics
        • Participate in assigned projects from time-to-time

        Pre-Requisites:

        • Diploma holder
        • Candidates with experience in the Insurance operations will have an added advantage
        • Positive working attitude
      3. Service Management Executive – Claims (1-year Contract)

        Reporting Supervisor : Senior Manager, Group Business (Claims)

        Location : Prudential @ Scotts

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Provide dedicated support to both internal and external clients through the service management desk to enhance customer experience
        • Manage and resolve all incoming query via calls and email
        • Escalate complex and actionable items to relevant department

        Pre-Requisites:

        • Diploma holder
        • At least 2 years of experience in the Insurance industry
        • Candidates with experience in insurance claims will have an added advantage

         

    3. Compliance
      1. Associate Manager/ Manager - Compliance

        Reporting Supervisor : Senior Manager – Compliance

        Location : Prudential Tower

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Drive the competence development of the Agency force.
        • Develop robust of competency framework and business processes for the Agency force
        • Set practice standards that are in line with or exceed regulatory requirements
        • Plan and conduct compliance reviews regularly and pro-actively identify and compliance risks
        • Provide advice and guidance on regulations and compliance matters

        Pre-Requisite:

        • Degree holder
        • Possess M5, M8, M9, M9A and HI Insurance certifications and preferably AFP/AFC/CFP/ChFC
        • At least 4 years of experience in Insurance/Financial Services industry being directly or indirectly involved in sales advisory process
        • Good knowledge of LIA guidelines and MAS notices & guidelines as well as project management experience will be an added advantage

         

      2. Manager - Compliance

        Reporting Supervisor : Senior Manager – Compliance

        Location : Prudential Tower

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Conduct reviews, data analysis and interviews to assess potential risk areas
        • Evaluate the adequacy of the arrangements which the business units/distribution force have established
        • Develop Risk-based Annual Compliance Plan
        • Perform regular on-site and back-end reviews
        • Track and follow up on all agreed recommendations and action plans

        Pre-Requisite:

        • Degree holder
        • Possess M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A and HI Insurance certifications
        • At least 4 years of relevant experience within the Insurance/Financial Services industry
        • Candidates with audit background and/or experience in conducting assurance reviews in insurance companies will have an added advantage

         

    4. Group Business
      1. Medical Underwriter, Group Business

        Reporting Supervisor: Deputy Vice President, Group Business

        Location: Prudential @ Scotts

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Provide medical underwriting expertise to the group business
        • To ensure underwriting turnaround time is competitive in the industry and upkeeping service standards
        • To cater to the needs of the growing group portfolio

        Pre-Requisites:

        • Degree holder
        • Possess M5, M8, M9 and HI Insurance certifications
        • At least 3 years medical underwriting experience within Group Business and/or employee benefits environment

         

    5. Life Operations
      1. Senior Underwriter (3 positions)

        Reporting Supervisor: Deputy Vice President, Life Operations

        Location: 51 Cuppage Road

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Underwrite Life & Health proposals within the given authority 
        • Review cases with complicated medical conditions and multiple risk factors 
        • Underwrite high sum assureds
        • Contribute to Product Development
        • Provide service & support to agents and/or bankers
        • Presentation and training to internal underwriting team and/or external sales channels
        • Ad Hoc Projects

        Pre-Requisites:

        • Good University Degree
        • ACII, ANZIIF, ALU, LOMA or Nursing degree
        • Strong knowledge of medical conditions & proficient in financial underwriting.
        • Strong knowledge in local insurance laws & products  
        • Proficient in financial underwriting
        • Customer oriented with good interpersonal & communication skills 
        • Confident in decision making & problem solving
        • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and challenging work situations  
        • Proficient in MS Office
        • 8 to 10 years experience in life & health underwriting

      1. Sales Operations Support Executive – High Net Worth (12 months contract)

        Reporting Supervisor : Senior Manager – PD Operations

        Location : 51 Cuppage Road

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on outstanding requirements for submitted cases so as to expedite issuance.
        • Ensure issuance of all new cases without outstanding requirement by month end.
        • Track and monitor sales performance with timely statistics / reports to the management.
        • Handle all enquiries (including after sales) from various stakeholders.
        • Call and arrangement for medical appointment with customers.

        Pre-Requisites:

        • Effective in both English and Mandarin
        • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
        • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
        • Able to work independently as well as a team
