    1. Academy of Competence & Excellence
      1. Senior Trainer

        You will design and deliver training programmes aimed at accelerating the professional development of our Financial Consultants. You will also collaborate and work closely with the selected distribution channel to identify and develop suitable curriculum to support the channel's business strategy and be involved in launching these training programmes.

        You should be a Degree holder with at least 1 year's sales experience in the financial services industry and/or 3 years' training experience. You should possess excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in training needs analysis and curriculum design will be advantageous.

    2. Actuarial Services
      1. Senior Executive, Actuarial Services

        You will be involved in actuarial valuation, financial projections, statistics analysis and experience studies. You will also provide actuarial support to the other departments.

        You should be an Actuarial Science Degree holder with at least 3 years of life insurance and/or consulting experience. Candidates with Excel and Prophet knowledge are preferred. You should have excellent technical, analytical, problem solving and communication skills. A team player with initiative and drive. The job will provide excellent training and development opportunities to young and ambitious individuals.

    3. Agency Distribution
      1. Business Development Manager

        You will manage and review sales activities through regular analysis and reports to achieve a culture of commitment at the Agency centre. In addition, you will manage the recruitment, promotion and retention of Agency Leaders, Associate Managers and Financial Advisors. You will also assist in developing sales incentives at departmental and agency levels. You will be expected to develop and maintain positive working and business relationships with internal and external customers; manage and drive the implementation of process improvements, including observation of regulatory and company’s compliance standards by Agency Leaders, Associate Managers and Financial Advisors.

        You should be a Degree holder with qualifications in CMFAS M5 and M9, as well as at least 5 years of proven sales management record. You should possess knowledge of the business operating and regulatory environment, such as MAS and LIA regulations. A leader as well as a team player, you should also have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    4. Compliance
      1. Assistant Manager / Senior Executive

        You will plan and conduct compliance reviews regularly and pro-actively identify any compliance risks; as well as provide advice and guidance on a range of regulation and compliance matters. You will also conduct Compliance workshops/training for staff. Review of marketing, sales and training materials is also required. Other duties include preparation of management reports and maintenance of the Compliance Matrix.

        You should possess a Degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years compliance and/or auditing experience in the financial industry. Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is necessary. You should also be resourceful and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.

    5. Customer Management
      1. Customer Service Executive, Customer Centre

        You will provide valued added services to key client relationships and ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Centre by attending to walk-in customers with their enquiries and transactions within prescribed service standards. You will work with relevant business units to resolve issues brought up by internal and external customers. You will be responsible for training new staff on company products, procedures and related matters, as well as scheduling training for staff in line with their training needs. Conducting audit checks on processes, updating procedures, developing effective workflow procedures, and preparing management reports are also part of your responsibilities.

        You should be a Degree or Diploma holder with qualifications in M5, M9, and HI and at least 2 years of experience in the financial services/insurance industry. You should have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be willing to serve others. You should also be a self-motivated team player who is adaptable to changing business conditions and client requirements.

      2. Senior Executive / Executive, Correspondence

        You will manage the company's mailboxes by handling and resolving customer enquiries and issues. You are expected to conduct product training to internal customers and assist business units in the vetting of correspondences. You will also prepare management report and undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned to the team.

        You should be a Degree holder with qualifications in M5, M9 and CHI, and at least 2 to 3 years' customer service or customer correspondence experience in the financial services industry. With a strong customer service mindset, you are able to build rapport and empathise with customers. You should also be analytical, independent and a team player who is able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills are also important for this role.

    6. Group Business
      1. Business Development Manager

        You will put in place strategies and resources required, build strong and profitable relationships with existing or new clients, create valuable opportunities and deliver the desired sales results. You are responsible for the development of various distribution channels. You will regularly conduct briefings for the various distribution channels on operational requirements and business developments, and encourage their involvement in channels’ business plans. You will consistently strive to meet persistency target/ production budget/portfolio growth and ensure distribution channels’ proficiency and effectiveness in servicing.

        You should be a Degree holder with qualifications in M5, M9, M8 and CHI; as well as at least 3 years of direct sales experience with at least 1 year in a managerial position managing a team of sales persons, preferably in the financial services/insurance industry. You should have an intimate understanding of the insurance business, its sales process and the industry’s regulations and legislative requirements. Besides strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, you should also be a natural leader and a team player.

    7. Legal
      1. Legal Counsel

        You will serve as advisory function for the management and staff on all legal issues that may affect the business, including the review and drafting of contracts and other legal documents, taking into consideration standards of conduct and codes of practice which apply to the organisation. You will also provide legal advice to business units on how relevant laws and regulations are to be interpreted and applied to the relevant aspects of the business.

        You should be a qualified LLB and Advocate & Solicitor with litigation, contract and negotiation experience. Working experience in insurance or financial services industry preferred.

    8. Life Operations
      1. Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, New Business Administration

        You will attend to New Business administrative processes including handling correspondences and liaisons with relevant business units, banking institutions, clinics and vendors, payment authorisations, monitoring and tracking of policies despatch. You will participate in product development and other ad-hoc projects relating to product specifications review, underwriting guidelines and New Business processes involving new products and their enhancements. You will also manage errors and complaints relating to New Business processes, identify process gaps, review and implement improved procedures to meet the prescribed service standards.

        You should be a Degree holder with at least 5 years of related experience within the financial services or insurance industry. Experience in insurance underwriting will be an added advantage. You must be customer-focused with the ability to communicate well with people at all levels. You should have good supervisory and analytical skills, and be able to adapt to fastpaced and challenging work situations. IT proficiency is a must.

      2. Manager / Assistant Manager, Claims & Maturity

        You will assess and approve Life, Health, Medical and Accident claims. You will ensure that claims processing output and reports are accurate, timely and meet compliance requirements. Supervising and guiding a team of claims officers in providing accurate and prompt services to advisers and claimants and assisting the Claims Senior Manager in analysing claims experience, improving workflow and procedures, are your other responsibilities.

        You should be a Degree holder with professional qualifications in DLI, HI, and FLMI, ACS, M9 or ALHC equivalent. You should have worked in claims or policy servicing department in a Life insurance company for at least 5 years and be familiar with Claims assessment, administration and maturity and survival benefit payment processes, and be familiar with Medisave Approved integrated medical plan workflow and framework. Those without claims assessment experience but possess senior nursing or medical experience will also be considered. You must be proactive, analytical and a self-starter who enjoys working with people. You should have excellent planning, organising and interpersonal skills and be proficient in MS Office.

      3. Senior Executive, Life Operations Support

        You will oversee a team of staff and ensure daily processing operations of DMC & Billing & Collection are performed accurately and within the agreed service level. Complaint & Error Management is one of your main duties. You will carry out business process review and update work process flows/guidelines to ensure they are current & relevant as well as meet Business Continuity Planning requirements. You will also review business requirements, evaluate the impact and make recommendations on how the Operations Team can support business improvement initiatives, drive the implementation of these process improvements by participating and keeping proper documentation of the UAT and meet each project milestone.

        You should be a Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in New Business functions with good knowledge of insurance laws. You must be a self-starter who enjoys working with people. You should also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to adapt to a challenging environment, as well as demonstrated supervisory, excellent planning, organising and interpersonal skills and be proficient in MS Office.

      4. Underwriters, New Business

        You will be required to assess risks for life insurance policies and be responsible for providing technical support, including ad-hoc training to the agency force on underwriting-related matters. You will be involved in reviewing underwriting guidelines and procedural manuals. Other duties include meeting the agency force for review of complex cases, handling of projects relating to any new products and improvement of workflows.

        You should be a Degree holder with knowledge of ACII, ANZIIF, ALU and LOMA; and at least 4 years of experience in life/medical underwriting. You should enjoy working with people from all levels, be IT savvy and possess strong analytical skills.

    9. Partnerships Distribution
      1. Channel Case Manager

        Job Responsibilities:
        - Handle channel case escalations promptly.
        - Manage turnaround time for large premium submissions through close working relationships with partners, customers and underwriters in a complex process environment.
        - Setup, streamline and document PD sales support processes for products designed for affluent customers with both internal and external stakeholders.
        - Track and report all large premium cases.
        - Ensure that all cases are kept within Service Level Agreement.

        Qualifications:
        - Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
        - Preferably with M5, M9 and HI certification

        Work Experience:
        - Minimum 5 years' working experience in the insurance or financial services industry
        - Good customer service, communication & interpersonal skills
        - Strong in project management and setting up/ documentation of processes
        - Experience in an operations or underwriting role will be an added advantage

        Job Responsibilities:
        - Responsible for specific training and developmental needs of bankers distribution channel which includes:

        - regular on-the-ground (branch level) engagement with the personal bankers and their sales managers to identify specific areas of concern

    10. Product Management
      1. Manager (Investment-Linked Products)

        You will assist in product development through consumer research, market potential assessment, and business and marketing planning for all distribution channels. You will participate actively in Product Steering Committees, assist in finalising product specifications, and co-ordinating the product roll-out timetable and all other post-product launch issues, if any. You will be involved in products review, sales process and marketing support activities. You will also assist in planning, developing and executing promotional activities for all distribution channels such as product launch packs, training materials, consumer gift incentives and seminars to support successful product launches.

        You should be a Degree holder with qualifications in M5, M8, M9 and CHI; at least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry; and knowledge of life insurance and Investment-Linked Funds. Hands-on experience in bancassurance products is desirable. You should also be creative, open-minded and customer-oriented; with commercial focus as well as strong social, communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should be organised, meticulous, able to influence others, as well as a team player and strong implementor who drives results with high work standards.

    11. Technology
      1. Senior Business Analyst

        You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end IT solutions of the core Life Insurance Administration Systems. This includes managing business units, delivering functional specification to the application development team, managing UAT, and production deployment. In this capacity, you have to ensure the most effective solution is delivered to the business units, meeting their business needs and priorities.

        You should be a Degree or Diploma holder in Computing and Information System or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in similar capacity. You should have in-depth knowledge of Life insurance products on AS400 platform and query language. You should possess strong leadership, excellent problem solving skills, positive and proactive working attitude. You should also be a fast learner, be willing to learn new technologies and open to accepting new challenges, responsibility and accountability.
