Prudential Singapore Wins Asia’s Best Employer Brand Award

Singapore, 20 August 2013 – Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited (“Prudential Singapore”) was conferred the prestigious Asia’s Best Employer Award at the 4th Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards. The annual regional award is jointly organised by the Employer Branding Institute and the World HRD Congress.
The award winners are chosen by a global research cell that comprises of professionals from different parts of Asia. This cell reviews the recommendations while a jury of eminent professionals meets to identify the award winners. Winners of the award are selected based on the following criteria: exemplary learning and development initiatives, communicating distinctiveness in employee hiring, training and retention practices, and being continuously innovative.
