Each year, Prudential takes in a cohort of high achievers for accelerated development along a defined career pathway through the Prudential Corporate Graduate Programme. This tailored Management Associate Programme is your first step to furthering your expertise and influencing the industry.

Generalist Track Specialist Track
Broad Business Exposure for people interested in general management. Subject matter expertise for people interested in becoming a functional leader.


This is a two-year graduate programme designed to help you gain excellent exposure through rotations within and across functions in our business, get meaningful coaching & mentorship from our business leaders, be involved in exciting cross-divisional projects, and potentially be deployed to our regional offices.


Duration: 2 years

Qualification: Final Year Students & Graduates with lesser than 3 years of working experience
