Programme Tracks

Generalist Track

Broad business exposure for individuals who have a strong interest in general management in the life insurance industry. You will experience 4 rotations across various business functions and earn accreditation by the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI).

Specialist Track

For individuals who wants to build up subject matter expertise in core functions of the organisation. You will experience 3-4 rotations - 2-3 within your chosen function, and 1 in another function. The specialist track is open for roles within various business verticals, including Distribution, Actuarial and Operations. Do watch out for specific availability on application.

Eligibility

• Minimum degree holder with less than 2 years working experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding CCA record, demonstrating leadership qualities
