Distribution payments shall, at the sole discretion of the Manager and/or Prudential Singapore, be made out of either (a) income; or (b) net capital gains; or (c) capital of the Fund or a combination of (a), (b) and/or (c).
Distributions are at the sole discretion of the Manager and/or Prudential Singapore and there is no guarantee, assurance and/or certainty that any distribution will be made and if distributions are made, such distributions are not in any way a forecast, indication or projection of the future or likely performance or distribution of the Fund. The making of any distribution shall not be taken to imply that further distributions will be made. The Manager and/or Prudential Singapore may also vary the frequency and/or amount of the distributions made.
Investors should also note that the distributions of the Fund may, in the event that income and net capital gains are insufficient, or due to fluctuations in the exchange rates, be made out of the capital of the Fund. The exchange rates used will be determined solely at the discretion of the Manager and/or Prudential Singapore. When distributions are declared and paid out (including out of capital) with respect to the Fund, the net assets of the Fund will reduce by an amount equivalent to the distributions declared. This will be reflected as a reduction in the unit price.
