Fund Information

The investment objective of the PRULink Global Managed Fund (the “Fund”) is to achieve long term capital appreciation through investment directly or indirectly in quoted equities, bonds and other fixed income securities in global markets. The Fund will feed into the Schroder Multi-Asset Revolution, which wil invest in multiple asset classes and will be comprised of an actively managed basket of equities, fixed income, property and commodities related securities.

***The Fund offers two Classes of Units, namely Accumulation Class and Distribution Class. There are no material differences between the two Classes except that the Accumulation Class will not declare any dividends while in respect of the Distribution Class, the Manager may at its sole absolute discretion declare and pay out dividends on a quarterly basis Please refer to “Distribution Policy Section” of the Fund Information Booklet for more details. The offer and bid prices for the two Classes may differ as a result of the dividends declared and paid out by the Distribution Class.

The exchange rates used will be determined solely at the discretion of the Manager and/or Prudential Singapore.
