our S$100 gesture of appreciation has been sent to all those whose GIRO deduction date fell on 24 May.

Dear customers,

we would like to share that refunds to all affected accounts have been successfully completed as of this afternoon.

Your polices were not affected in any way.

We thank all our customers for their support as we worked to resolve this speedily.

 

Update: 25 May. Fri, 12:30 pm - Incorrect GIRO Deduction

The refund process is underway for all affected customers on a rolling basis. We are working as quickly as possible with our clearing bank to refund all customers by end of the day. We will be in touch with more updates.

Incorrect GIRO Deduction

Dear customers,

we are aware that a number of you have experienced a GIRO deduction in excess of your insurance premiums or a failed GIRO deduction. We have investigated the matter and found that this is due to a technical error. This was not a cyber attack. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Please be assured that we are working actively to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and together with our bank partner, intend to credit the relevant amount deducted back into your accounts within the next 24 hours. Any interest lost will be refunded and any erroneous charges will be reversed as soon as possible.
