What is myDNA Wellness Passport event all about?

myDNA Wellness Passport event is a series of activities organised as part of the myDNA health and wellness programme, to support you on your health and wellness journey. All events are complimentary and available on a first-come, first-served basis.


When does registration open?

Registration opens one month prior to the events, i.e. registration for October’s events opens in September. For more information on the details of the calender of events, please log on to www.prumydna.com.sg


How can I register?

You can click on the “Sign Up Now” button in the email, or through the link in the SMS. Please fill in the activation code provided in the SMS in order to successfully register. A unique activation code will be sent every month and is valid for one time use only. Each customer is entitled to one activation code per month that can be used to register for the events.


How many people can I bring for each event?

You can indicate attendance of up to two other people (1+2) during registration.


How will I know if I have successfully registered for an event?

A confirmation page at the end of the registration process will inform you of the status of your registration, which events you have registered for, and the number of people you have registered for.


How many slots are available for each session?

30 – 50 slots are available per session depending on the event. We hope to keep the sessions small and intimate so that each person attending can enjoy the event. The number of slots left for each session will be displayed on the registration page.


Can I still participate in the events if I have not activated the myDNA kit?

Yes. All customers who are eligible for the myDNA programme can participate in the myDNA Wellness Passport events.


What if I have deleted the SMS containing my activation code, or my activation code is invalid?

If you have deleted the SMS containing your activation code or your activation code is invalid, and for any other queries, please click the “Get in touch” button located at the bottom of the email you received, or at the bottom of the page you were redirected to from the SMS. Leave your name, phone number and mobile number, and input your queries. We will get back to you within 3 working days.
