A: From Jan 22 to Mar 31, the first 6,000 users to use 3 specific functions in Pulse by Prudential will stand to receive another $5 Grab voucher.
The 3 specific functions are the Health Risk Assessment, Symptom Checker and the Challenges available. The users would have to complete the full Health Risk Assessment and use the Symptom Checker once, and join any one challenge to be eligible. Each user is entitled to only one reward.
From 1 Feb to 29 Feb, Prudential employees who have downloaded Pulse will receive 40 per cent discount on all Nike products at the invite-only Nike Company Store.

Q: What is the criteria for the completion of the challenge?
A: We have different challenges on Pulse by Prudential so the criteria will differ as well. Users can check out the challenges available for registration and the relevant criteria.
Q: There are multiple challenges across all qualifying periods. Will I get multiple rewards if I complete all challenges?
A: Yes, you will receive rewards for each challenge as long as you fulfill the relevant criteria.
Q: How can I redeem my rewards?
A: All vouchers will be in the form of e-promo codes that will be sent to your registered email address. Please follow the instructions attached to the email.
Q: When will I receive my rewards?
A: You will receive your rewards within 10 working days after you have completed the challenge.
Q: Can my vouchers be exchanged for cash?
A: No, all vouchers issued are non-exchangeable.
Q: I have completed the actions stated and satisfied the criteria, but I did not receive my rewards. What do I do?
A: Please check that your registered email in Pulse by Prudential is correct. In addition, please check your junk or spam folder in case the email has been marked as junk or spam mail.
Q: I have problems using my voucher code. What do I do?
A: Please check that your voucher code is still valid. Otherwise, please drop us an email at email@example.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: If I opt out of marketing consent, will I still be able to receive rewards?
A user who does not provide consent to receiving marketing materials will still be able to continue using Pulse by Prudential and its service offerings during the free app usage period. However, he/she will not be eligible for ANY rewards or lucky draws.
By checking the “No” box on the consent management page, it means the user has opted not to provide consent to receiving marketing materials (emails, SMSes, calls and push notifications) on the Pulse by Prudential app.
Q: How do I redeem the 40 per cent discount at the Nike Company Store?
For Prudential employees: You can show your Pulse home screen with your name at the Nike Company Store, and present your staff pass with employee ID.
For Financial Consultants: You can show your Pulse home screen with your name at the Nike Company Store, and present your FC pass and agent code.
Q: Can I bring more than one person to the Nike Company Store?
Yes, from 7th February 2020, the offer permits entry to one employee or Financial Consultant of Prudential and one adult guest. Your guest need not be an employee or Financial Consultant of Prudential. Children aged 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult and are only allowed entry with proof of his/her age. Employees and Financial Consultants who have visited the Nike Company Store prior to 7th February 2020 are entitled a second visit with a guest. Your guest is not required to download the app to enter the Nike Company store.
Q: Is there a limit to purchases from the Nike Company Store?
The offer is limited to a total NETT purchase (after 40 per cent discount) of up to S$1,000 per visit. The offer permits entry only once. Employees or Financial Consultants of Prudential who have visited the store prior to 7th February 2020 will be entitled to a second visit with a guest.
