Prudential supports the Singapore Management University (SMU) Business Capstone Course and the Prudential Young Trailblazers programme. Through these, we have worked with 240 secondary and tertiary students to co-create exciting solutions that address business challenges and opportunities in areas such as financial security, health and wellness, customer-centricity and community engagement. Our employees have mentored these students who will also get a chance to gain real-life work experience and to learn about the insurance industry.
