Thank you for your interest in Pulse by Prudential and our complimentary coverage against COVID-19. Sign up for our complimentary cover has ended on 24 May 2020.

If you are a Pulse user and have signed up for this cover, here’s a recap of your coverage:

Prudential Customers & Insured Members under the selected Prudential group plans

If you have registered an account on Pulse and also signed up for our complimentary PRUCare coverage, you will receive coverage of PRUCare S$200 Daily Cash Benefit if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and hospitalised between 1 July 2020 and 31 July 2020 (both dates inclusive).

Not a Prudential customer?

If you have registered an account on Pulse and also signed up for our complimentary PRUCare coverage

  • Before or on 11-May-2020
     
    You will receive coverage of PRUCare S$100 Daily Cash Benefit if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and hospitalised anytime between the sign up date and 31-May-2020 (both dates inclusive).
  • Between 12-May-2020 to 24-May-2020 (both dates inclusive)
    You will receive coverage of PRUCare S$100 Daily Cash Benefit if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and hospitalised anytime during the 30 days period starting from the date of successful registration for the complimentary coverage.


How to make a claim

  • Simply download and complete the PRUCare Benefit form and email it to prucare@prudential.com.sg with your hospital discharge documents. Our PRUCare team will get back to you if more documents are necessary. 
  • If you have questions about PRUCare, please call our PRUCustomer Line at 1800 333 0 333 or 65 6333 0333 if you are calling from outside Singapore for individuals, and 1800 835 9733 for corporate customers  
  • Claims must be submitted and received by Prudential before or on 7-Aug-2020
