      • Achieved minimally Prudential Performance Standard (PPS)
      • Minimum 36 month of consecutive service (PACS &/or PFA)
      • Prevailing Persistency/APPR of 98%
      • No adverse records from Fit & Proper Declaration

      • Compliance Records for Assessment (1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025):
      • BSC Grade A throughout the assessment period
      • No sanctions issued by Market Conduct (inclusive of ITC/LOW)
      • FC 360 score of Green and/or REP 360 score of Band 1
      • Has not shown unprofessional conduct towards corporate staff

      Nominations will take place in second half of 2025, with the final award ceremony taking place in 2026.
      Nominees will be validated against available compliance records during the nomination period.
      Nominees will also be revalidated prior to the award ceremony to ensure that there were no adverse records observed in the interim period.

      ECA awardees are required to maintain ethical standards & conduct befitting of an awardee. The committee reserves the right to rescind the award should there be any adverse compliance findings against any awardee.
