    • Qualifying Criteria

        A Qualifying New FC is an FC who meets all of the following:
        • Appointed in year 2023
        • Achieve at least the Prudential Performance Standards (PPS) AND
        • Still contracted with PACS at the end of the qualifying period
        In the event of a tie in number of direct Qualifying New FCs, the Agency Leader with the highest aggregate qualifying PRUCredit$ from his/her Qualifying New FCs will be the winner.

        *Nominations will take place in June / July 2023, with the final award ceremony taking place in early 2024. Nominees will be validated against available compliance records during the nomination period. Nominees will also be revalidated prior to the award ceremony to ensure that there were no adverse records observed in the interim period.
