7 sugar/calorie-free and refreshing drinks for the festive season

As the festive season rolls around, we’ve put together some suggestions for drinks that are not only crowd favourites with our friends and family, but also low in calories and sugar!

A refreshing drink ideal for anyone that doesn’t enjoy the taste of plain water. You can add ginger, green tea or lemon for more flavour. You can replace the mint leaves for peppermint or spearmint. Enjoy it warm or add ice cubes if you want to enjoy it cold. You can keep in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

If your nerves are on the edge, try this drink. At only 7 calories per drink, you can enjoy it guilt-free. Increase the serving size of the dried chamomile, lavender and mint leaves. Combine and store in a jar. Scoop 2 teaspoons for every cup of hot water.

A very low calories drink, with 7 calories per drink it will help smooth your stomach after the feast. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days. Reheat or enjoy cold. If you want to do a large batch: Increase the serving size of the dried mint leaves, coriander and fennel. Combine and store in a jar. Scoop 2 teaspoons for every cup of hot water.
