  • Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Limited (“PACS”) may at its sole discretion forfeit the gift, or if already awarded, reclaim the gift at the expense of the eligible customer without payment, compensation, or having to give any reason whatsoever in the event PACS subsequently discovers that the eligible customer is not eligible to participate in the campaign and/or to receive the gift, and/or substitute any gift with another item of similar value without notice.
  • The gifts, including its product colours, are subject to availability while stocks last. PACS reserves the right to replace any gift with items of similar value at any time without prior notice.
  • PACS shall not be liable for any loss of, damage to, defects, delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery of the gift.
  • PACS reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed gift in any manner it deems fit. PACS reserves the right to request for the eligible customers’ proof of eligibility, identity and/or otherwise for the purposes of verifying the eligible customer’s claim to the gift at the time of the collection.
  • The gift is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items of equivalent value.
  • PACS makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the merchant’s goods and services in respect of the gifts. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the merchant. Merchant terms and conditions apply where applicable.
  • In the event PACS launched a company-wide customer gift promotion on any of the plans which are eligible for a roadshow gift, the eligible customer who signs up for the eligible plan at the roadshow will be entitled to the gift under one customer promotion only, and not both.
  • Actual value of gift(s) and voucher(s) will depend on the premium.
