Apply online
To set up a recurring payment for your regular premium policies in Singapore dollars, you may enrol for GIRO using these services. Please note that we accept GIRO payments from these participating eGIRO bank accounts*: DBS/POSB, Bank of China, Citibank, HSBC, ICBC, Maribank, Maybank, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB.
1. iPay
- Log in to iPay with your NRIC and Date of Birth
- Select Giro Enrolment (applicable to participating eGIRO bank accounts*)
- Select your desired Policy Number(s)
- Click "Next"
- Click to agree and acknowledge the important notes and terms and conditions, then click "Next"
- Select the bank that you wish to use for enrolment. iPay will redirect you to the i-banking website. Please proceed to log in with your banking User ID and password
- Enter the OTP or login authentication pop-out notification sent from your bank to complete the transaction
The GIRO instruction will be activated within 1 working day
*DBS/POSB, Bank of China, Citibank, HSBC, ICBC, Maribank, Maybank, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB
2. PRUServices
- Login to your PRUServices account
- From the top navigation bar, select "Enrol recurring payment"
- The iPay portal will launch in a new tab
- Follow the steps outlined in section 1 "iPay" to complete your transaction
The GIRO instruction will be activated within 1 working day
3. DBS/POSB iBanking website
- Login to your DBS iBanking
- Select add a new GIRO arrangement
- Select Prudential Assurance as the billing organisation
- Input your Policy Number as the billing reference number
The GIRO instruction will be activated within 5 working days.
Hardcopy Application
From 1 July 2024, we have discontinued hardcopy GIRO application for the eGIRO participating banks*.
Please proceed to enrol for eGIRO via PRUServices or iPay.
For other non-participating banks, you may approach your Prudential Financial Consultant, or a representative of a distributor duly appointed by Prudential Singapore for assistance.
*eGIRO participating banks: DBS/POSB, Bank of China, Citibank, HSBC, ICBC, Maribank, Maybank, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB
Credit Card
Apply online
To set up a recurring payment for your regular premium policies in Singapore dollars, you may enrol a Credit card.
Your options are:
1. iPay
- Log in to iPay with your NRIC and Date of Birth
- Select Credit Card Enrolment
- Select your desired Policy Number(s)
- Click "Next"
- Click to agree and acknowledge the important notes and terms and conditions, then click "Next"
- iPay will redirect you to the credit card payment page. Please proceed to enter your billing information and credit card details
- Click "Submit"
- Authorise the transaction to complete the enrolment
2. PRUServices
- Login to your PRUServices account
- From the top navigation bar, select "Enrol recurring payment"
- The iPay portal will launch in a new tab
- Follow the steps outlined in section 1 "iPay" to complete your transaction
PayNow
Instant payment by scanning PayNow QR code
Credit Card
A one-time payment using your preferred credit card.
AXS
Via AXS Stations and AXS online platform.
Internet Banking
Instant SGD transfer via FAST or make a bill payment
Telegraphic Transfer
For premium payments made from overseas or in foreign currency (non-SGD)
PayNow
If you have an internet or mobile banking account, you can make a payment by scanning our PayNow QR code.
- Log in to iPay with your NRIC and Date of Birth
- Key in the One Time Password sent to your registered mobile number with Prudential
- Select "Make One Time Payment"
- Select your desired Policy Number(s) and verify the payment amount
- Click "Next"
- Verify the payment details in the confirmation page and select PayNow as the payment method
- Click to agree with the Terms and Conditions
- Once done, click "Proceed with Payment"
- iPay will redirect you to the QR code page
- Scan the QR code with your banking app to complete the payment, OR you can save the QR code for payment later
Note: The QR code expires after 2 hours. Do ensure that you make your payment before that.
Credit Card
Make a One-time Payment
You may make payment via Credit card by logging in to iPay
- Log in to iPay with your NRIC and Date of Birth
- Key in the One Time Password sent to your registered mobile number with Prudential
- Select "Make One Time Payment"
- Select your desired Policy Number(s) and verify the payment amount
- Click Next to proceed with the payment journey
- Verify the payment details on the confirmation page and select Visa/Master as the payment method
- Click to agree with the Terms and Conditions
- Once done, click Proceed with Payment
- iPay will redirect you to the payment gateway
- Input your Credit Card details and click "Finish"
Note: Some banks will send a One Time Password for authentication.
AXS
AXS Station, via AXS m-Station or AXS e-Station
You may make payment at any AXS Station, via AXS m-Station or AXS e-Station.
- Select Prudential Assurance as the Billing Organisation
- Select the Payment Type
- Input the Policy Number, NRIC number of Policyowner, Contact Number and the exact premium amount
Internet Banking
Bill Payment
You may make payment via Internet Banking Bill Payment Services with UOB and DBS/POSB.
- Login to your UOB or DBS/POSB iBanking
- Select Prudential Assurance as the billing organisation under the bill payment tab
- Input the Policy Number(s) and Amount(s)
Your request will be processed within 1 working day.
FAST Transfer
You may make a FAST Transfer or Fund Transfer to Prudential's SCB Account by keying in the following details:

Note:
- Please ensure that you indicate the policy number in your transfer. We will not be able to process payments without policy numbers and such payments may be refunded.
- If you would like to pay for more than one policy, please make payment for each policy individually. Do not combine payments into one transfer as the system will only process one policy number per transaction.

Fast, convenient payments via your registered NRIC/FIN

PayNow
PayNow – Our Default Payment Mode to You
Receive your policy payments and proceeds, including refunds, claims and withdrawals, quickly and conveniently with PayNow.
All payments will be credited to you to a bank account linked to your PayNow NRIC/FIN, unless you have an existing recurring direct credit or other payment arrangement in place.
To successfully receive payments, you will need to register for PayNow with your bank and link it to your NRIC or FIN. Here’s how:
- Log in to your bank’s internet or mobile banking account
- Sign up for PayNow
- Link your PayNow to your NRIC/FIN
As payments can only be made to policy owners, we are not able to transfer to you if your PayNow is linked only to your mobile number. Please ensure your PayNow is linked to your NRIC/FIN to avoid delays in receiving your payments.
What if I don’t have PayNow?
If you do not currently have internet banking with your bank or have not signed up for PayNow, we encourage you to do so. With PayNow, you can receive faster and more reliable payments.
You may also choose to sign up for Direct Credit, where payments are credited directly into your bank account.
Please note that payments are only made via PayNow, Direct Credit or USD cheque (for USD-denominated policies). Keep your mailing address up to date. You can log in to PRUServices to review your latest personal details.
Receiving payments via PayNow (NRIC/FIN)
To receive payments via PayNow, please ensure you are registered with your bank using your NRIC or FIN.
Important to note:
- This service is only applicable if your Singapore NRIC/FIN is reflected in our policy records
- It is available for payouts in SGD only
- It is not applicable for PayNow linked to a mobile number or UEN
- It applies only where there is no existing direct credit arrangement

How to sign up for PayNow NRIC/FIN
To register for PayNow using your NRIC/FIN, log in to your bank’s internet or mobile banking account to sign up for this service.

Direct Credit
Direct Credit
You may choose to receive payments directly into your bank account, in Singapore or overseas. Please complete the Payment Instruction form and submit it to us together with a copy of your bank book or bank account statement, showing the account holder’s name and account number.
For overseas remittances or bank drafts, any exchange rate differences and administrative charges will be borne by the policyholder(s), trustee(s) or assignee.
Telegraphic Transfer and Bank Draft
You may also choose to receive payments via telegraphic transfer or bank draft. Please note that the following fixed charges apply:

Cheque (USD)
PayNow via NRIC/FIN is our default payment mode for Singapore Dollar (SGD) payments. Alternatively, you may choose to receive payments directly into your bank account.
To do so, please submit a duly completed Payment Instruction Form with a wet-ink signature.

or you may request for the Payment Instruction Form via Adobesign by Contacting Us or requesting from your Financial Representative.
Do note, we no longer issue SGD Corporate cheques for policy payments. USD cheques (for USD-denominated policies) remain available as a payment mode.
