Class details

A 90-minute journey through the complementary energies of Yin and Yang, exploring movement and stillness, effort and surrender, activation and rest. Together, the three flows explore balance not as a fixed state, but as our capacity to move consciously between effort and ease, energy and rest.

Each practice begins with breathwork, followed by dynamic Yang movement before transitioning into longer-held Yin postures, deep relaxation and silent meditation.

Please note that the class will be held outdoors, under the sheltered Main Atrium.
