DA Adept Health GP clinics will only extend the S$13 consultation panel rate (excluding GST) to all PRUShield customers upon presentation of the DA eCard via DA mobile app.

How customers can retrieve their eCard and access GP clinics:

New User:Existing DA User:

All PRUShield customers can visit on-site GP and enjoy partner consultation rate at S$13 (excl. GST).

Step 1:
Log in to PRUServices, select your PRUShield policy number, and click ‘Access GP Clinics/ Teleconsultation’.


Step 2:
Sign up with Doctor Anywhere (DA) and create an account with them, using your first and last name, email and a new password.


Step 3:
After completing your registration, a pop-up will appear showing a QR code and the message “Your Registration is Completed.”. Scan the QR code to download the DA app onto your mobile device.


Step 4:
Log in to the DA app with the same email address (as per registration) and password. You can view your DA eCard by clicking on the “PRUShield ” button under the “Membership & Health Plan” section.


Step 5:
To find a GP panel clinic:

  • On the home screen-> click “GP Panel Clinics” under “Panel Clinics Nearby”, or
  • Click into “PRUShield” -> below the eCard, under “Health Plan Coverage”, click on “GP Panel Clinics”


Step 6:
Once you arrive at your selected panel clinic, present your DA eCard and make payment via the in-app DA Pay wallet to enjoy the $13 (excl. GST) consultation partner rate.

For existing DA user who have previously sign up with email and password.

Step 1:
You will need to email DA at support@doctoranywhere.com, providing the following information:

  1. Full name
  2. Date of birth
  3. NRIC/Passport number registered in the DA app
  4. PRUShield policy number

Step 2:
You will receive a confirmation email from Doctor Anywhere SG , informing you that you have successfully enrolled under the PRUShield membership.


Step 3:
You can now view your DA eCard by clicking on the “PRUShield ” button under the “Membership & Health Plan” section.


Step 4:
To find a GP panel clinic:

  • On the home screen-> tap “GP Panel Clinics” under “Panel Clinic Nearby”, or
  • Click into “PRUShield” -> below the eCard, under “Health Plan Coverage”, click on “GP Panel Clinics”


Step 5:
Once you arrive at your selected panel clinic, present your DA eCard and make payment via the in-app DA Pay wallet to enjoy the $13 (excl. GST) consultation partner rate.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

All existing PRUShield policyholders are eligible. To enjoy the partner rate please log in to PRUServices, select your PRUShield policy number, and click on ‘Access GP Clinics/ Teleconsultation’.

You will need to email DA at support@doctoranywhere.com, providing the following information:

  1. Full name

You will be required to show your DA eCard on your DA app.

Before your visit, please ensure you have the Doctor Anywhere (DA) app downloaded and ready. Refer to the steps above on how to download the app and register as a PRUShield policy holder.

When you visit a panel clinic for your GP consultation:

  1. Register with your Identification Card or SingPass at the counter.

  2. Inform the clinic staff that you are a PRUShield policyholder and present your membership eCard (found under “Membership & Health Plan” → “PRUShield”) to enjoy the panel rate.

  3. After your consultation, the clinic staff will inform you of the payable amount.

  4. Top up your DA Wallet by clicking the wallet icon at the top right corner of the homepage.

  5. Scan the clinic’s QR code and make payment via your DA Wallet.

Make sure to have your DA eCard ready to show at the clinic. You will also need to present your identity card if SingPass is not available.

Yes, you can walk into any participating DA Adept Health GP clinic found on the panel GP clinic locator in the DA app. However, we recommend checking the clinic’s operating hours and calling ahead to check queue status to avoid waiting time.

No, the discounted S$13 rate is only applicable if payment is made through the DA Pay platform.

DA Pay is a secure electronic payment platform by DA Adept Health that enables cashless and efficient processing of medical claims.

You can check via the DA app by tapping on “View Panel Clinic.” All clinics listed there accept DA Pay as a payment method.

No. The S$13 (excluding GST) rate covers the consultation only. Medication, tests, or additional services will be charged separately.

No, there is no limit.

Night/weekend charges may vary by clinic. We recommend contacting your preferred clinic directly to confirm any additional charges before visiting.

Yes, the same rate applies for first-time and follow-up consultations.

Yes. If your GP determines you need specialist care, they will issue a referral letter. The clinic will then notify Doctor Anywhere to book a Prudential panel specialist under PRUPanel Connect (PPC) via https://www.prudential.com.sg/ppc-specialists. Alternatively, you may email the DA team at appt@doctoranywhere.com or contact them via the “Get Referral Support” button on the DA app.

No. Your medical records remain confidential between you and the clinic.

No. Your DA eCard is strictly personal and can only be used by the insured individual named on the policy. Clinics will verify your identity using your NRIC or SingPass.
