Final placement in chosen function

Programme tracks
Generalist Track
Broad business exposure for individuals who have a strong interest in general management in the life insurance industry. You will experience 4 rotations across various business functions and earn accreditation by the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI).
Actuarial Specialist Track
For individuals who aspire to be a subject matter expert and leader of tomorrow in a core function. You will experience 3 rotations - 2 within actuarial and 1 in another function, while receiving sponsorship for your actuarial exams.
Eligibility
- Minimum degree holder with less than 2 years working experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding CCA record, demonstrating leadership qualities

INSPIRE: Prudential Corporate Internship
Take a step into the real-world through the INSPIRE Corporate Internship programme. Gain valuable hands-on experience in the insurance industry in the business function of your choice and apply your academic knowledge in real-world settings. The programme is designed to provide practical work exposure and opportunities for growth, such as internal training and networking with leaders, to prepare you for success in your career journey.
