The SME Skills Accelerator Programme is an industry-first programme in partnership with SkillsFuture Singapore to develop a holistic upskilling programme focusing on innovation and digital transformation to help SMEs grow their business.

Emboldened by the success of its own design-thinking workshops with Prudential employees. staff, Prudential brought together over 90 of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across 50 industries to co-create the SME Skills Accelerator Programme - an end-to-end programme that covers skills development, design innovation and implementation of digital solutions, customisable to the business priorities of the respective SMEs.
