Join us for a group class designed to help you build strength, confidence, and ease in your body. Together, we’ll explore the six foundational movement patterns — Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Lunge, and Carry.

This beginner-friendly class focuses on simple bodyweight and light free-weight exercises that translate directly into everyday life.

Whether you're new to fitness or returning to movement, this class offers a safe space to reconnect with your body and move better, together.
