Changes To The Way You’ll Receive Your Letters

In 2020, we are progressively digitising our letters, so you can receive important information about your policy digitally and in a timelier manner, while helping to save some trees.

How Does it Work?

For customers below 60 years old, we will begin sending out letters and notices such as premium notices, renewal notices, pay-out letters and more, digitally instead of via mail, starting from July 2020 onwards. Be sure to ensure your mobile number with Prudential is updated, so you can continue to receive alerts when there is a letter for you. To change your mobile number, please fill out and submit this form to us.

Customers who are 60 years old and above will continue receiving hardcopy letters.

The above correspondence arrangement will apply to all your policies.

Step 1: Login to PRUaccess

Step 2: Under “Online Transactions”, select “Correspondence Settings on the left of the page
