- Mondays and Wednesdays:
These cardio workouts use plyometric movements, timing and tempo to get your heart rate up and burn calories. Get ready to challenge yourself and build stamina! - Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays:
They focus on building strength through resistance training. These workouts utilize your own body weight and weight-based equipment to help build and strengthen your muscles leading to increased muscle mass, improved bone density, and higher metabolism. - Fridays and Saturdays:
These hybrid sessions combine cardio, resistance, agility, and core movements for an intense full-body workout that improves strength, endurance, and metabolism.
