Premium Realignment for your Policy
You may have noticed that the premium for your policy has been charged from your credit card account twice within a month.
We wish to inform you that the second charge was made as your policy payment was behind schedule by a month. There was a one month outstanding premium on your policy due to an unsuccessful payment previously.
The premium of your policy is now up to date. You can log in to PRUaccess to view the current status of your policy. However, if you wish us to refund the one month premium and remain as outstanding, you can reply to our SMS with your policy number(s).
