Prudential launches two first-in-market
index-linked solutions for customers to
grow and safeguard their wealth

  • PRUIndex Income Boost is a regular premium participating endowment plan with capital guaranteed at maturity after 15 years
  • PRUIndex Lifetime Income is a regular premium participating whole life plan with guaranteed lifetime monthly cash payouts

Singapore, 10 September 2025 – Prudential Singapore (“Prudential”) has launched two index-linked plans – PRUIndex Income Boost (PIIB) and PRUIndex Lifetime Income (PILI) – to help customers grow their wealth while protecting their savings from market uncertainty.

PIIB and PILI are first-in-market regular premium participating plans with index-linked cash payout income. Both plans provide guaranteed monthly cash benefits1 starting from the very first month, and the potential for higher monthly cash payouts linked to uncapped Index growth1 from the 13th month onwards. A 0.0% floor rate shields customers from market downturns.

  • Barclays Shiller Allocator Index5: Exposure to undervalued US sectors and US Treasuries

PRUIndex Income Boost (PIIB): Grow your cash with confidence

PIIB is a Singapore-dollar regular premium participating endowment plan that protects savings while offering growth potential. It has three indices for customers to choose from, with capital guaranteed after 15 years6.

Highlights of PIIB

  • Capital guarantee at maturity6: Capital is guaranteed after 15 years, ensuring customers’ savings are protected.
  • Generate a new income stream that grows with the market: Receive monthly cash benefits at 2.3 per cent7 per annum from the first to the 12th month. From the 13th month onwards, enjoy uncapped upside potential linked to a selected Index8 (see below), plus a non-guaranteed maturity bonus at the end of the policy term.
  • Downside protection: A 0.0% floor rate shields against negative returns in volatile market conditions.
  • Customisable to fit one’s lifestyle: Opt for a premium term of five or 10 years. Customers may choose to accumulate monthly cash benefits at an interest rate9, or switch indices10, for greater control over their investment approach.
  • Death and accidental death coverage provides added protection for loved ones.

PRUIndex Lifetime Income (PILI): Lifetime monthly cash benefit with growth potential

PILI is a Singapore- and US-dollar regular premium whole life participating plan that offers similar benefits to PIIB. It has three indices for customers to choose from and supports families across generations, with income that lasts up to 380 years.

Key features of PILI

  • Grow your income: PILI captures Index growth opportunities11 for potentially higher lifetime monthly income, while providing customers with guaranteed lifetime income payout every month. Receive guaranteed lifetime monthly income at 0.5 per cent7 per annum. From the 13th month onwards, enjoy uncapped upside potential linked to a selected Index8 (see below).
  • Downside protection: A 0.0% floor rate shields against negative returns in volatile market conditions.
  • Customisable to your needs and beyond: Premium term options are available for five, seven, 10, and 15 years to suit different financial planning needs.
  • Death and accidental death coverage provides added protection for loved ones.
