Lester Bong
Business Idea: Private Dining

From a young age, this Singaporean Chef has been working in professional kitchens of renowned restaurants both locally and abroad, like Sushi Sato, the 3-Michelin-starred Les Amis and Hassun 八寸 in Kyoto, Japan.

It’s always been about reinventing and improving himself, while keeping in mind the needs of his diners. He’s now taking all this experience and moving towards private dining, where he can focus on a smaller group of diners while still elevating his skills.

He will be mentored by Chef Ace Tan, Group Executive Chef at Labrador House Singapore.

Business Idea: Intentional Conversation Cards

A people person, this co-founder of @abbeylabel enjoys exploring new perspectives and uncovering fascination stories through deep conversations.

She combined her experience as a data scientist in Japan's pharmaceutical industry and her business management degree to co-create abbey, a conversation card game that will help people build closer relationships with their loved ones.

She will be mentored by Janice Chew, founder of Simple Wellness (a retail chain of natural, organic and sustainable wellness products in Singapore).

Vivian Fong
Business Idea: Holistic Health Coach

Vivian (@vivianxfong) had to deal with bullying when she was growing up because she was once shy and naturally quiet. But at 17, she found personal growth through the worlds of musical theatre and ballet and learned to harness the power of her mind.

Her passion for movement has gained her over 800 hours of yoga training in the bag. She's recently picked up pilates and is in the midst of becoming a holistic coach to share the benefits that movement has on the mind.

She will be mentored by Karu, Head of Wellness at Marina Bay Sands (MBS), and founder and head practitioner for MBS’ Mind & Body programme.
