Investment Objective

The investment objective of the PRUlink asian income and growth fund is to provide income and capital growth by investing in equities of companies in Asia and investment grade fixed income securities across Asia debt markets.

** We reserve the right to vary the continuing investment charge and may increase it up to a maximum of 2% per annum, but we will not do so before giving investors 6 months’ written notice.

*** The Fund offers two Classes of Units, namely Accumulation Class and Distribution Class. There are no material differences between the two Classes except that the Accumulation Class will not declare any dividends while in respect of the Distribution Class, the Manager may at its sole absolute discretion declare and pay out dividends on a semi-annual basis Please refer to Section 8 “Distribution Poilicy” of the Fund Information Booklet for more details. The offer and bid prices for the two Classes may differ as a result of the dividends declared and paid out by the Distribution Class.

Distribution payments shall, at the sole discretion of the Manager and/or Prudential Singapore, be made out of either (a) income; or (b) net capital gains; or (c) capital of the Fund or a combination of (a) and/or (b) and/or (c).

The exchange rates used will be determined solely at the discretion of the Manager and/or Prudential Singapore.
