1Life assured is covered up to before the policy anniversary preceding 65 or 75 years old.
2Biennial health screening starts from the third policy year. The medical tests offered will depend on the plan chosen under your PRUMan policy. For full details of the tests that you’ll be entitled to, please refer to the product summary that can be obtained from your Prudential Financial Consultant.
3The male illness claim should be at least 50% of the sum assured. The waiver of premium can be activated up to two times during the policy term.
4To claim 300%, the life assured will need to make a full claim for the male illnesses benefit, medical procedures benefit and reconstructive surgery or skin grafting.
5The full list of benefits covered and their definitions may be found in the product summary that can be obtained from your Prudential Financial Consultant. For PRUMan, each covered male illness, medical procedure, reconstructive surgery or skin grafting and support benefit shall be payable once only.
